How it Works

1. Book your E-Bike: You can conveniently book online or call if you have questions. All riders must be at least 18 years old and sign our release of liability waiver before riding.

2. Pick Up/Delivery: Pick your bike up from us at the Medusa Garage (312 North Davis Hwy) or We'll bring the E-bike to you and pick it up when you're done. Delivery is available in Pensacola within a 10 mile proximity to Medusa E-Bike Garage for $25 per delivery.

3. Bike Orientation: We provide a complete tutorial on the E-bike so you'll know how to use all of the features and feel comfortable and safe riding.

4. Roadside Assistance: Ride worry free with our complimentary roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire or run out of battery, we're just a call away.
